We are based in Montégut-Savès, near Samatan in the Gers region of France – the foie gras capital of the world. Everything we do goes into making what we call "Esprit Foie Gras" – the foie gras spirit. This spirit is based on a set of values, values which involve delivering a time-honoured, simple yet unforgettable taste and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
