What is Floc de Gascogne?
Floc de Gascogne is a subtle combination of know-how and tradition.
It is a fortified sweet wine produced via a painstaking process, including decanting, blending, filtering and cold stabilisation, that is ready to serve in the spring following the autumn harvest.
During the grape harvest, fresh grape juice and young Armagnac (two-thirds to one-third) are blended in an air-tight vat.
The blend is left to ferment until the end of winter.
