Our green lentils (AOP) have been simmered for a long time with carrots and a cooked juice. You can enjoy them with our Gers duck confit, grilled meats or other meats such as pork or fish. The green Puy lentil is a specialty of Le Puy-en-Velay. It has been a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) since 2008. Grown in the Haute-Loire region, it is a favorite of top chefs and French food lovers alike.
